That the application under section 12 of the C.P Act, 1986 is allowed in exparte against all the O.Ps.

The O.Ps are directed to execute and register the deed of conveyance within 30 days from the date opf this order in favour of the complainant ,failing which, the complainant is at liberty to approach this Forum for appointment of machinery of the Forum to get the deed of conveyance executed and registered.

All the O.Ps are directed to pay compensation to the tune of Rs. 50,000/-  and litigation cost of Rs.5000/- to the complainant, which will be borne by the O.Ps jointly and/or severally and that amount has to be paid within 30 days from this date, failing which interest @9% p.a will carry from the date of this order till its realization.

Let a plain copy of this order be sent to the O.Ps through this Forum and one plain copy be handed over to the complainant free of cost.
