This appeal is preferred by the complainant against the order of dismissal of its complaint for default.
It alleges that it had noted the date of hearing wrongly as 06.08.2012 instead of 02.08.2012. Since the matter pertains to the year 2012 and in the light of the plea that it had wrongly noted the date of hearing, we are of the opinion that one more chance could be given to it to agitate the matter.
In the result, the appeal is allowed and the order of the District Forum is set aside.
