                       Complainant is present in person . Heard the  complainant . perused the complainant petition and documents   filed by the complainant. The grievance of the complainant is that , the vehicle     which he has purchased from the O.P. No : 3 was registered in O.P. for which the same has not been registered  at Balangir . On perusal of the documents filed by the complainant, it is seen that the vehicle purchased by the complainant having Engine No: JC71ET1165570 and the vehicle  registered  in U.P. having Engine No: JC71ET1165579 . Therefore the engine No. of both the vehicle are not same. The complainant has also not produce any document to show that, he had paid the fees to the dealer for registration of his vehicle which he has purchased vide invoice No : OR12000117v03307 dt 16/01/2018.

                  Under the circumstances  the complainant has preferred this case having no cause of action against the O.Ps under the provisions of C.P. Act.

                         Accordingly the case is dismissed as not admitted.

        Pronounced in the open Forum  to-day  i.e the  13^th    day of   January’  2020.
