Counsel for the complainant continuously called absent inspite of giving several opportunities on 21-1-2013, 18-2-2013, 01-3-2013, 28-3-2013, 23-4-2013, 13-6-2013 and on 03-7-2013. Despite the fact that the matter is posted under the caption of dismissal on 19-7-2013, the counsel representing the complainant submitted that the counsel for complainant is not ready and sought time and it was adjourned on payment of costs of Rs.500/- to Bar Association to 30-7-2013. Even on 30-7-2013, the counsel for complainant was called absent and the costs imposed were not paid. Hence the matter was posted to 12-8-2013 as a last chance on payment of costs of Rs.1000/- to Bar and posted under the same caption of dismissal but still there was no representation.
Hence this complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
