This complaint is filed under section 17 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying this Commission to direct the Opposite Parties:-
1. To arrange from Municipal Corporation for supply of drinking water by praying the necessary fee.
2. To provide drainage connection outside the apartment and obtain the permission from the GHMC.
3. To attend all the pipe line leakage.
4. To arrange for water proofing of drinking water sump and arrange motor connection.
5. To pay compensation for not providing amenities like shelves, marble flooring in main hall of each flat and common passage.
6. To pay compensation for not providing flush tanks in common bathroom.
7. Also to pay compensation for not providing 3 phase current meters and wiring in some flats.
8. To provide for wall railing works and generator power wiring to individual flats.
9. Any another relief that this Hon’ble Court deems fit along with the compensation for completing the works worth Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees forty lakh only).
Counsel on both sides present. Counsel for Complainant filed memo dated 26.02.2017 stating that the matter has been settled out of court and seeking permission to withdraw the complaint. Hence the Complainant is permitted to withdraw the complaint. The complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
