Oral Order (          

           The learned counsel for the respondent/complainant filed a memo along with the orders of National Commission in I.A.No.1/2010 in R.P.No.2584/2010 filed against the order of this Commission condoning the delay of 412 days.  

In the light of the said order, the appeal preferred by the appellant is allowed and the order of the District Forum is set aside, consequently dismissing the complaint. There shall be no order as to costs.
