2. `25,000/- with the respondent on 31.1.2008 under Life Insurance Scheme Sree Vikas with the respondent and the respondent issued receipt No.9018706 dated 3.1.2008.
3. `1,87,500/- and another proposal No.124808000076 in which Smt Lagudu Laxmi, mother of the appellant is shown as proper for taking insurance policy “Sree plus - `75,000/-.
4. st`37,000/- towards first premium and respondent issued temporary receipt TR No.9018706 against the appellant’s proposal and TR No.9018707 against the proposal of appellant’s mother.

9. `1,87,500/- and the proposal form bearing No.124808000076 in the name of his mother for taking policy Shri Plus Regular for a term of 15 years for the sum assured`75,000/- is not disputed.
