ORDER

          In the present execution petition, on 21.09.2016 counsel for the respondent-JD has stated before this Forum that the respondent-JD has made the compliance of the orders passed by this Forum and now it is the complainant-DH who have to transfer the documents in favour of the respondent-JD.

          The perusal of the order sheet shows that on 21.09.2016, 30.09.2016, 07.10.2016, 24.10.2016 and even today 22.11.2016, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant-DH despite several calls since morning, In our view, the complainant is least interest in pursuing the unjustified. Thus, the present execution stands dismissed in default for non prosecution.

File be consigned after due compliance.
