          Ld. Counsel for the Complainant has made a statement that due to intervention of the Forum, the matter has been compromised in between both the parties. So, keeping in view the compromise arrived at between both the parties, he does not want to countinue with the present complaint and thus, the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.

Keeping in view the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismisses as withdrawn being the matter compromised in between both the parties.
