            Both the side present. O.P. No.1 & 2 filed documents. Copy served. Learned advocate for O.P. No.1 & 2 submitted that in case the Complainant filed documents within 15 days, the claim shall be settled within one month of the receipt date. Advocate for Complainant agreed to supply the documents within 15 days. The parties are directed to settle the matter within 45 days. At the time of settlement the O.P. No.1 & 2 shall pay the settled amount along with 6% interest P.A. from the date of filing complaint. With this observation the Complaint is closed.
