01.     This is a complaint filed by the complainant U/s. 17(1)(a)(i) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to direct the opposite parties to refund an amount of Rs.14,425/-received as Premium along with interest at 18% PA to the complainants, to pay an amount of Rs.30,00,000/- for fraudulently receiving Premium but not insuring flat, to pay an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- towards negligence, mental agony and suffering and costs.

02.     In spite of the matter being posted as a last chance and costs being imposed, there is no representation either for the complainant or for the opposite parties on 18.07.2018  and further the direction of this Commission on 02.07.2018 for payment of costs of Rs.500/- has not  been complied with by the opposite parties and hence the matter was posted under the caption, ‘ For Dismissal’. In spite of the above, there is no representation for the complainant. Counsel for the opposite parties is present.  Since interest is not evincing by the complainant in prosecuting the C.C., the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
