Per Mr B A Shaikh, Hon’ble Presiding Member

 

          Adv. Mr S Purohit is present for the appellants.  None is present for the respondent No. 1 though on last date Adv. Mr Kalria had appeared for respondent No.1.  Adv. Mr A Z Gharde appeared for respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and filed his power jointly with Adv Mr R B Hinganikar today. 

          Adv. for the appellants filed an application to withdraw this appeal bearing No. A/08/427.  He also filed alongwith said application an affidavit of respondent No.1 and submits that both the parties have arrived at settlement outside the Commission and therefore the appellants want to withdraw the appeal.

           In view of the said submission the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. 

          The amount, if any, deposited by the appellants be refunded to the appeal as the respondent in his affidavit has given “No Objection” to withdraw the amount.
