ORDER:

                         Sh.Dheeraj Sachdeva Advocate for the Ops has made a statement that the Ops are ready to make the payment of Rs.7200/- to the complainant after deduction of depreciation subject to the condition that the complainant shall return the old mobile set free from liquid damages and any breakage, alongwith accessories to the OP no.2. Thereafter, Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement made by the learned counsel for the Ops,  he  does not want to pursue  with the present complaint. Statements of both the counsel for the parties have been recorded.

2.                 In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
