Md. Hedayetulla, S/o. Md. Nur Ali, - Complainant(s)

Versus

1. Sagar Enterprises, Authorised dealer of ExideBattery, - Opp.Party(s)

28 Jun 2018

ORDER

The Complainant files evidence on affidavit.

The O.P No.1 files hazira.

The O.P No.2 files W/V along with a petition for vacating ex parte order.

The petition be treated as MA No. 67/2018.

Heard both sides. Strong objection is raised by the Ld. Advocate/Agent of the complainant.

We find that the petition for vacating ex parte order is neither verified nor supported by affidavit. So, it is liable to be rejected.

Hence,

Ordered

that the petition dated 28.06.2018 filed by the O.P No.2 for vacating ex parte order i.e. M.A case No. 67/2018 be rejected.

Thus the M.A No. 67/2018 is disposed of accordingly.
