  1. Reliance general Insurance company ltd., 9, Reliance Centre, Walchand Hira chand marg, ballard Estate, Mumbai, through its Branch Manager having branch at 1st floor, city centre, Opposite IB Collage G.T. Road panipat.
  2. Reliance General insurance company Ltd., Branch Office Pawan Plaza, Subhash Chowk, Sonepat and oppo. Civil Hospital, Sonepat.

Present:      None for the for complainant – DH.

              Sh. Joginder Kuhar, Adv. for respondent-JD.

ORDER

              Case called several times since morn ing, but none has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant-DH. It is alrady 2.40 pm. Further wait is not justified.

              Shri Joginder Kuhar, Advocate for respondent-JD has made a statement that the respondent-JD has issued TDS certificate to the complainant-DH ad copy of the same also placed on record on 06.3.2019. Nothing is due towards the respondent-JD and thus, the present execution petition may be disposed off.

              Statement recorded separately.

              From the statement made by ld. Counsel for the respondent-JD, it appears that the respondent-JD has made the compliance of the orders passed by this Forum and that’s why, the complainant-Dh is least interested in pursuing the present execution petition. Accordingly, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution.

     File be consigned after due compliance.
