We submit that we have insured our L&T Komatsu PC-200 Vehicle with you under the policy No.1804702343001610 for the period from 26.4.2010 to 25.4.2011 for insured declared value of Rs.31

The said vehicle was met with an accident while it is working in our work site. 

First one surveyor inspected the vehicle and given report to M/s Reliance General Insurance and also M/s Reliance General Insurance given permission to carryout repairs/replacement.

19.              It is not denied that the employee of the opposite party insurance company  `23  `23,38,391/-.

20.   `23,38,391/- with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of filing of the complaint till payment together with costs of`5,000/-.
