The case of the complainant in brief is that inspite of paying the entire consideration money and getting the possession of the flat the O.P-1 did not execute and register the deed of conveyance. Hence, this case.

The O.Ps fought shy to contest the case.

The complainant filed some documents.

 

 

 

                                                                                Decision with reasons

From the unchallenged documents of the complainant the case of the complainant is proved. The O.Ps are doing unfair trade practice. The O.Ps are bound to execute and register the deed of conveyance .

Hence,

                                                                                                Ordered

That the case being C.C.no. 29  of 2015 be and the same is decreed exparte against O.P-1 with cost of Rs.5000/-.

The O.Ps are directed to execute and register the deed of conveyance within one month from this date.

The O.P-1 is directed to pay Rs.25,000/- to the complainant as compensation within one month from this date failing which the entire amount of Rs.30,000/- will carry on interest @10% p.a from this date till realization.

Let a plain copy of this order be served upon the parties free of cost.
