          The record is put up in National Lok Adalat to-day. The O.P. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. has sent the terms of settled which is accepted by the Complainant. In terms of settlement the case is closed. The O.P. is directed to pay Rs. 14,499/- to the Complainant within one month and the Complainant is directed to submit/send the Mobile purchased after receipt of the amount along with apparatus and warranty card.
