ORDER

The record is put up at the instant of the complainant who prays for returning original documents like 1. Certificate of registration, (2) Pollution Certificate, (3) Tax receipt and (4) Insurance Certificate.

The petition be treated as M.A. No. 44/2018.

Hd. Ld. Advocate/Agent of the complainant.

            We find that the complainant has settled the dispute with his financier regarding his loan and said original documents are required for final settlement.

We do not find any impediment to allow the petition.

Hence,

                        Ordered

that the petition dated 10.05.2018 filed by the Complainant for praying for returning original documents as stated above i.e. M.A No. 44/2018 is allowed.

            The original documents i.e. 1. Certificate of registration, (2) Pollution Certificate, (3) Tax receipt and (4) Insurance Certificate be returned to the complainant on proper verification and receipt by replacing Xerox copies with undertaking to refile the same, if required

Thus M.A is disposed of.
