Both parties file hazira.  Petitioner is not personally present.  O.P. files a petition alowing with a xerox copy of Deed of conveyence No.1349 dated 22.2.2008 contituted amongst Sri Pradip Kr. Chowdhury and Dilip Sinha Chowdhury contituted Attorney as Landlord or owner lay inheritance of the suit that is question and Shri Prakash Chandra Banthia and Tapash Kr. Roy (O.Ps. or Jdrs).  It appears that flat No.C on the third floor of the property measuring 863 sq.ft. in the shedule B is sold to the petitioner vide the aforesaid Deed of conveyance fo a consideration of the sum of Rs.6,35,675 only.  The copy of the deed is kept with record.

 

Hence the case is disposed of with full satisfaction.
