              Case called several times since morning. But despite several calls, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant-DH, case called twice before lunch and thrice after lunch. It is already 02.50 pm. Further wait is not Justified. Accordingly we have no other option except to dismiss the present execution petition in default for non-prosecution. We order accordingly. File be consigned after due compliance.
