ORAL ORDER

          None present for Complainant even on second call.  Today Complainant failed to appear before this Forum without any sufficient reason.  Perusal of order-sheet reveals that Complainant was absent even on previous date viz. 30/03/2017.  By an earlier order dated 04/02/2017 passed by this Forum, Complainant was directed to take appropriate steps for service of notices to the unserved Opposite Parties by furnishing correct present postal addresses of such unserved Opposite Parties.  However, till today Complainant has failed to comply with said order for the reasons best known to him.  Thus, in these circumstances, it does appear to this Forum that Complainant has lost his interest in further prosecution of present consumer complaint.  In such circumstances, it is not desirable to prolong the case.  Hence, consumer complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution in accordance with provisions of Section-13(2)(c) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 read with Rule-4(7) of Maharashtra Consumer Protection Rules, 2000.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
