O R D E R

 

          Sh. Puneet is present in the Forum and he has made a statement that the Respondent no. 2 has redressed the grievance of the complainant and has delivered the cheque no. 022042-110211020 dated 11.06.2015 worth Rs. 9800/- to the complainant and the complainant has also given in writing that he has received the cheque worth Rs. 9800/- and now he is fully satisfied. He has placed on record the copy of Pan Card of the complainant Krishan & Coloured phgoto.

          Statement recorded separately.

          In the present case, the complainant has sought the relief against the respondent the replace the mobile phone with new one or to refund the sale price of the mobile.

          The respondent no. 2 has refund the cost of the mobile to the tune of Rs. 9800/- and the complainant has given in the writing that he is fully satisfied now. So, keeping in view the writing given by the complainant, no further action in required to be taken in the matter and thus, we hereby dispose off the present complaint.
