                   The file taken up today on the application.

                     The Decree Holder has made a statement for withdrawal of the execution petition by submitting that he has received the cheque No.008246 dated 15.10.2015 amounting to Rs.3,79,782/-  and that’s why he does not pursue with the present execution petition. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.                 In view of the statement made by the Decree Holder, the present execution petition is dismissed as having been fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
