Advocate for the complainant who submitted that he has no contact with the complainant of this case since long back and he is not in a position submitted anything in favour of the client. In such circumstances considering the conduct of the complainant this Commission is of opinion that the complainant is found absent since long in this case and he is not willing to proceed with case further more.
