This is a revision filed by the Petitioner under Section 17 (b) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 seeking to set aside the exparte order dated 02.09.2014 passed by the District Consumer Forum-III, Hyderabad in CC No.696 of 2013.
2. Counsel for the Respondent No.1 present. None appears on behalf of the Revision Petitioner. Ms.Neelam Narania, counsel on behalf of Respondent no.1 on record present and informed this Commission that she has no objection in allowing the revision petition.

4. Respondent No.1 herein is none other than the Complainant in the forum below. In view of expressing no objection by the counsel on behalf of the Respondent No.1, revision petition is allowed as prayed for, however, the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-III at Hyderabad is directed to dispose off the consumer complaint No.696/2013 as expeditiously as possible.
