This is an appeal filed against the orders dated 02.12.2013 passed in CC No.340/2013 by the District Consumer Forum-II, Hyderabad seeking to set aside the same.
2. Counsel for the Appellant as also the counsel for the Respondents present. Appellant present in person. Counsel for the Appellant filed a memo to the effect that the Appellant/Complainant paid the housing loan amount to the Respondent and the Respondent received the said amount and acknowledged the same towards full and final settlement of the case. The Respondent also gave No Objection Certificate in favour of the appellant. Hence, Appellant has no grievance against the Respondent, hence prayed to record the full satisfaction and close the appeal.

4. In the circumstances stated in the memo, the above appeal is dismissed as settled out of court.
