- This Execution Application is filed by the petitioners/complainants U/s. 27 of the Consumer Protection Act to summon. Try and punish the respondents/ opposite parties 1,4 to 6/Accused for deliberately and intentionally disobeying the common orders of this Commission dated 24.07.2013 passed in CC No. 25 of 2010 for failure to pay the amount of Rs.76,70,229/-
- Heard the counsel on both sides.
- Counsel for the respondent no.5 Bank filed affidavit along with Joint Memo stating that the entire claim amount of Rs.11,00,422/-( Rupees Eleven Lakhs Four Hundred and Twenty Two only) was paid by the Bank to the complainant towards full and final settlement. Hence the E.A. stands disposed of, i.e., dismissed as withdrawn.
