         This is an   Execution Application  filed  by the Applicant/Complainant   under Section 27 of C.P.Act praying to initiate necessary proceedings against the Respondents/Opposite Parties for non-compliance of common order dated 27.04.2012 passed in C.C.No.22/2011 on the file of this Commission and orders dated 08.07.2013 of the Hon’ble National Commission in F.A.No.334/2012.

Counsel on both sides present. Counsel for the Applicant/Complainant reported that the matter is settled out of the Court and to that effect he has made an endorsement on the petition that full payment was received.  Hence E.A. is not pressed. In view of the same, E.A. is closed as not pressed.
