                          Counsel on both sides present.  Respondent /Opposite Party No.1 filed compromise memo stating that, “in the above Execution Application, the parties have reached an amicable settlement, as per the settlement Petitioner/Complainant swapped from unit bearing No.333 in Kodai to bigger unit bearing no.45 in Coonoor tower.  In view of the said settlement, the Petitioner/Complainant is withdrawing the above Execution Application No.88/2013.  The Respondent No.2 & 3 have no objection to the said settlement between Petitioner / Complainant and the Respondent No.1/Opposite Party No.1 and prayed for permission to withdraw the Execution Application.  Permission is accorded.  Memo recorded.

          In the circumstances, E.A. is closed as withdrawn.
