        Appellant is the complainant and respondents are opposite parties in C.C.No.77/2012 on the file of Dist.Forum, Mahabubnagar.   The Dist. Forum dismissed the complaint, by the order dated 04.07.2014. 

           Aggrieved by the same the complainant preferred this appeal, praying to set aside it and allow the appeal.

            Heard learned counsel for appellant.  He filed a Compromise Memo stating that :

       “ The Appellant and Respondents do hereby agree for setting aside of order of Hon’ble District Consumer Forum, Mahabubnagar in CC.77/2012 dated 04.07.2014 by dismissing the aforesaid appeal. The appellant as a goodwill gesture has agreed not to claim amount of Rs.3,20,000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs and Twenty thousand only) through Cheque bearing No.366400 Dt.17.08.2016 pertaining to S.B.H., Main Branch, Mahabubnagar in favour of the Appellant.  The Photostat copy of the said Cheque is filed herewith in compliance of the aforesaid DCF order and has no objection to in Respondents withdrawing the same.”

The memo is recorded.

          In the circumstances, the appeal is disposed of accordingly.
