This is a complaint filed under section 17(1)(a)(i) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 by the Complainant seeking to pass order against the Opposite parties jointly and severally and in favour of Complainant as follows:
(a) to pass an order directing the Opposite parties to complete the Flat bearing No.106 to be built on the 1st floor of the building with a plinth area of 992 sq.ft., 100 sq.ft. of parking area, 176 sq.ft. of common area and 83 sq.ft. of balconies area all put together 1351 sq. ft. super built-up area, situated at residential-cum-commercial project known as “Gharonda Chamundeshwari Apartments” over the premises bearing Municipal No.Part-1B and Part-1A in Part-I of Survey No.65 and 66, Town Survey No.1, House No.1-8-678/20 & 21 at Amberpet village, Musheerabad mandal, Hyderabad district and the entire project along with each and every amenity as specified in the brochure and execute and register the sale deed and deliver the flat with common facilities;
(b) to pass an order directing the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- per month from May, 2014 till realization by way of damages for delay in delivering of the flat;
(c) to pass an order directing the Opposite parties alternatively to pay sum of Rs.60,00,000/- (rupees sixty lakhs only) which is the value of the Flat;
(d) to award costs of the proceeding and
(e) pass such other order or orders in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice.

The Complainant in the above complaint had filed a memo on 23.07.2015 to the effect that since the Opposite party M/s Gharonda Builders and Developers, Hyderabad executed and registered a sale deed in favour of Ch.Roop Kiran on 06.07.2015 at the office of the Registrar, Chikkadpally, Hyderabad, he is not pressing the complaint and requested to close the same.

4. In the circumstances stated in the memo, the above complaint is dismissed as not pressed/withdrawn.
