          This is a complaint filed U/s.17(1) of the Consumer Protection Act,1986, praying this Commission to direct the Opposite Parties 1 to 3 to pay a Bank Guarantee amount of Rs.1,00,00,000 (One Crore) to the Complainant and damages of Rs.1,00,000/- (One Lakh only) on account of delay, inconvenience, financial and monitory loss and Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) towards litigation costs which comes to Rs.1,01,20,000/- (One Crore One Lakh Twenty Thousand only) but the Complainant is restricting his claim for Rs.1,00,00,000/- (One Crore only) for the purpose of court fee and jurisdiction; any other relief which this learned State Commission deems fit in the facts and circumstances may also be allowed to the Complainant.

Order:

For the last twenty adjournments continuously, the Complainant is absent and he has not even filed Evidence Affidavit as has been directed. Today also there is no representation. Hence the complaint is dismissed.
