This is an Execution Petition filed by the Petitioners/Complainants praying this Commission to punish the Respondents in accordance with law for having wilfully, deliberately and intentionally not complying with the orders of this Commission, in the circumstances of the case.
No representation for the applicant. As there was no representation on 19.06.2017 and 04.07.2017. By orders of this Commission dated 04.07.2017, Execution Application was ordered to be listed under dismissal caption and the same is listed in today cause list. There is no representation on behalf of the applicant. It seems that they are not interested in prosecuting the Execution Application any further.
