01.     This is an Execution Petition filed under Section 27 of the C. P. Act 1986 to direct the respondents/opposite parties to pay the total amount of Rs.40,99,152.00 as on 31.07.2014 on failure to pay the said amount punish the Respondents/opposite parties appropriately.

02.     Heard the counsel on both sides.  On behalf of the Petitioner a memo is filed on 30.07.2018 stating that the matter has been settled. Hence the E.A. is closed as not pressed. The amount which is  lying to the credit of  CC No. 228 of 2013, if any,  shall be withdrawn by the petitioner/complainant on proper application.
