This is an application  filed under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act by the complainant praying this Commission to initiate necessary proceedings against the respondents/opposite parties for non-compliance of the order dated 04.08.2016 passed in CC 134 of 2013 on the file of this Commission and orders dated 28.08.2015 passed in FA Nos. 1012 and 1189 of 2014 on the file of Hon’ble National Commission, Delhi  and punish them as per the provisions of Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

Counsel for the Petitioner/complainant filed  a Memo stating that the matter has been settled in between the parties, as such, the present application becomes infructuous and accordingly the same is dismissed as withdrawn.
