.
Oral Order : (Per Hon’ble Justice Sri M.S.K. Jaiswal, President).
***
There has been no representation for the Complainants for several dates of hearing as was the case on the previous dates of hearing. Even today, the same is the position. On behalf of the Opposite parties, it is reported that the matter has been settled out of court. Ostensibly, that is the reason why the Complainants are not evincing any interest in pursuing the complaint. Hence the complaint is dismissed for non-prosecution.
