This is an application filed under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act by the complainants praying this Commission to initiate necessary proceedings against the respondents/opposite parties for non-compliance of the order dated 16.02.2016 passed in CC 11 of 2014 on the file of this Commission and punish them as per the provisions of Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
Counsel for the applicant filed a Memo stating that the matter has been settled before the National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad, therefore, the present E.A. becomes infructuous and prayed to dismiss the same as withdrawn.
Hence the EA is dismissed as withdrawn.
