This is a complaint filed under Section 17(1)(a) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 by the Complainants against the Opposite parties seeking to refund the sale consideration amount of Rs.55,75,000/- along with interest @ 24% per annum from the respective dates of payment till realization; to pay compensation towards holding charges @ Rs.3/- per sft. Per month from April 2015 till the date of filing the complaint and continue to pay till payment of total compensation; to pay fair rental value @ Rs.10/- per sft from April, 2015 till the date of realization of the total compensation; to pay Rs.10,00,000/- as compensation for causing mental agony, suffering and escalation of construction cost; to pay legal charges of Rs.25,000/- and pass such other order or orders.

On behalf of the Complainant, it is represented that the matter has been settled and the Opposite parties have made the payment. The Opposite parties present and admits the same.
