          This is a complaint filed under section 17 (1)(a)(i) of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 by the Complainant seeking direction to the Opposite party No.1 herein to complete the construction in all respects with amenities and handover the possession of Flat No.807 admeasuring 2380 sft. Including common areas situated at 8th Floor, in “ADITYA HEIGHTS” along with 3 car parking slots and undivided share of land of 52.66 square yards of land in Sy.No.37, Kothaguda village, Seri Lingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy district, duly executing registered sale deed; to pay compensation of Rs.5,00,000/- towards serious inconvenience, hardship and mental agony and to pay costs of Rs.50,000/-.

 

2.       Counsels on either side present.  The counsel for the Complainant filed a memo to the effect that the dispute between the Complainant and the Opposite parties has been settled out of court and accordingly prayed to dismiss the complaint as withdrawn.

 

3.       Heard.  Perused the memo.

 

4.       In view of the memo filed and the circumstances stated therein, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
