ORDER

The complainant files hazira. The O.P No.1 files a petition dated 30.05.2018 for accepting show cause filed him is taken up for passing order treating the same as M.A 54/2018.

            Heard both sides.

            During hearing Ld. Advocate/Agent of the O.P No.1 submits that due to non-receipt of notice, he was unable to take step which may be condoned. He has also filed W.V and prayed for accepting the same. Copy served.

            We find that the cause shown is sufficient and accordingly prayer is liable to be allowed.

            Hence,

Ordered

that the petition dated 30.05.2018 praying for accepting show cause filed him i.e. M.A No. 54/2018 is allowed. No cost.

Thus M.A is disposed of.
