          On video call mode discussion made with the Complainant. The representatives of the O.P. company are also present. The O.Ps submitted that the new Ac for installation has been approved by the Company. The O.Ps are accordingly directed to install the new A/C of specification(Approx Rs. 38,000/-) within one month of this order. Accordingly, the case is closed.
