           Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that the matter has been settled with the Respondents and he has received cheque No. 742836 dated 08.08.2015 worth Rs. 15,000/- so, he does not want  to countinue with the present complaint and thus, the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied . He has also placed on record the copy of his Adhar card and photo copy of Cheque No. 742836 dated 08.08.2015.

          Heard.

          Keeping in view the statement made by the ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complainant stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied as the matter has settled in between the parties to the complainat.
