Basing on the above observations, we opine that the insured’s bus is not in use from long time and the same was confirmed by insured’s representative that the bus was kept idle in the garage since 18.2.2011.

Further, it was observed that the fitness of the bus is expiring from 24.2.2011 and the vehicle being run more than six years, the   inside the garage is unwarranted where luxurious vehicles lying, the insured’s claim may be thoroughly investigated and dealt accordingly.
