Present:      None for complainant-DH and respondent - JD.

 

              Case called several times since morning. But neither the complainant-DH not his counsel has appeared. The perusal of the case file shows that on 30.10.2017 and 31.10.2017 also, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant-DH. It appears that the complainant-DH is least interested in pursuing the present execution petition. It is already 3.55 pm. Further wait is not justified. Accordingly the present execution petition is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution.

              File be consigned after due compliance.
