ORDER:

                     The matter put up in the Lok Adalat.  The parties have amicably arrived at a settlement whereby the OP no.2 agreed to give bill amount of Rs.48500/- to the complainant subject to return of old  Air conditioner (indoor and outdoor units) to the Ops  and thereafter the learned counsel for the complainant made a statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that he is ready to accept the offer.

2.                 In view of the statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn as having been compromised. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements made on 3.12.2015. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
