              Case called several times since morning. But despite several calls, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant-DH. Case called twice before lunch and thrice after lunch. It is already 0250pm. Further wait is not justified. Accordingly, we have no other option except to dismiss the present execution petition in default for non-prosecution. We order accordingly.
