Received N/E/R of W/A against the warantee, JDR, Sri Sujoy Banerjee from the Diamond Harbour P.S. which be kept with the record.  JDR files Vakalatnama which be kept with the record.  Dhr. files an application contending that the final order of this Commission has been complied with by the JDR, Sujoy Banerjee and as such the Dhr is not interested to proceed with this execution case any further.  Heard both sides, perused and considered.  In view of the petition filed by the Dhr. this Commission is of the view that the present Execution Application be and the same is disposed off in full satisfaction.
