Present:      None for complainant-DH.

             

              Case called several times since morning. But neither the complainant nor his counsel has appeared.

              The perusal of the case file shows that for the last 7 days i.e. with effect from 25.04.2017, none has appeared on behalf of the complainant. In the interest of justice, the case was adjourned from time to time with direction to the complainant-DH to appear in person before this Forum, but it has not brought any fruitful result,  because today ( 23.10.2017) also here is similar position as was on 25.04.2017. It appears that the complainant-DH is least interested in pursuing the present execution petition. It is already 03.55 pm. Further wait is not Justified. Accordingly the present execution petition is hereby dismissed in default for non-prosecution.

              File be consigned after due compliance.
