1. deceased Mogudala Ravi Kumar obtained a single payment policy with validity of 5 years from 26-07-2008 and the`50,000/-. `3,00,000/- with accidental benefit of even sum. `3,00,000/-. `6,000/- per month. 2. `3,00,000/- but it was for a sum of`2,50,000/- with validity of 5 years from the date of commencement of risk. 3. 4.

9. `3 lakh and during the period the policy was in force, the insured died on 14.5.2009.
10. Hepatic Encephalopathy with Spleenomeglay, Typhoid, Ascitis with Renal Failure and Cirrhosis of Liver
11. He opined that the alcoholism and smoking of the insured made him victim of such diseases.

13. In the circumstances, the contention of the learned counsel for the appellant insurance company that renal failure, hepatic encephalopathy etc., would not set in overnight cannot be accepted to have any acceptable force.
